I am a first year PhD student at the Max-Planck-Institute for Mathematics in the Sciences in Leipzig, Germany, under the supervision of Bernd Sturmfels and co-advised by Rosa Preiß. Before that, I studied mathematics at LMU Munich and University of Bonn.

My main interests lie in Algebraic Geometry and its applications. I also like to read and think about combinatorics/discrete mathematics, machine learning, connections to physics...

I graduated in February 2024 from the University of Bonn. For my master's thesis I studied the six functor formalism of étale \(\mathbb F_p\)-sheaves on schemes in characteristic \(p\) under the supervision of Johannes Anschütz.
